PERMANENT MAKEUP 

Please read through the following information carefully before submitting your consent form.

Microblading Eyebrows

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that achieves the look of a natural, full brow. It utilizes a fine blade to deposit pigment into the skin. It results in crisp, hair like strokes. Results can last 1-3 years, with yearly touch ups recommended. Your initial appointment is composed of two parts. Your first appointment and a touch up 6 weeks later. This touch up is vital to achieve your desired look. Please note that every person's skin heals in different ways and results will vary by individuals. An allergic reaction to the colored pigment is possible but not likely. 

AVOID

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and ibuprofen 2-3 days prior to your appointment to reduce bleeding and post op swelling. Avoid tanning 1 week prior. Do not work out or swim the day of. Call us to reschedule if you are sunburned. 

NOT RECOMMENDED

Permanent cosmetic procedures are not recommended if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Also not recommended if you have a transmittable diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis, or are undergoing chemotherapy.

COMFORT

When you arrive for your procedure, you will discuss with your professional what look you would like to achieve. We will then numb your brows with a topical numbing cream so that your discomfort is little to none.

NOT YOUR FIRST TIME?

If this is not your first time getting your brows done and you got them done at another facility, please send us a photo of your brows prior to your appointment date.

Lip Blushing

Lip blushing is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that enhances the shape and color of your lips. It can help an uneven skin tone on the lips and it can give a voluptuous impression. With this, we deposit colored ink into your lips and along your lip line for a subtle, natural looking result. You can choose from a variety of color options we have, or you can bring in your favorite lipstick shade and we can color match it for you. Results can last 1-3 years, with yearly touch ups recommended. Your initial appointment is composed of two parts. Your first appointment and a touch up 6 weeks later. This touch up is vital to achieve your desired look. Please note that every person's skin heals in different ways and results will vary by individuals. An allergic reaction to the colored pigment is possible but not likely. If you get fillers in your lips, please do so at least 4 weeks before your lip blushing procedure.

AVOID

Avoid caffeine, aspirin, and alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment. No hair removal, waxing, or shaving around the lips for one week prior to procedure. 

STAY HYDRATED

Leading up to your appt, stay hydrated by drinking lots of water. Exfoliate and moisturize your lips daily too. 

COLD SORES?

If you suffer from or are prone to cold sores, check in with your doctor before your appointment and take an anti viral medication to prevent them.

SENSITIVE SKIN

Some skin types are more sensitive than others and can be swollen or red after a procedure such as this. It's important to keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment around your social events.

Permanent Eyeliner 

Permanent eyeliner is a form of tattooing that replaces the need to wear eyeliner every day. It can be done on the waterline or top lash line. Eyeliner, when done properly, can enhance the shape of your eyes and the overall look of your face. Results are permanent but should be touched up every 3-5 years. If you have recently had any type of eye surgery, consult with your doctor before booking. Most physicians recommend waiting 2 months after a cataract surgery or lasik. 

AVOID

Avoid caffeine, aspirin, and alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment. Do not take Omega 3 fish oil 1 week before treatment. Avoid tanning and excess sun exposure as well. 

THE DAY OF

Do not wear contact lenses to your appointment and, for the first 24 hours following, bring sunglasses to wear home as the eyes can be sensitive. Do not use an eyelash curler the day of either. 

LASHES

If you have eyelash extensions, they must be removed prior to your eyeliner procedure. Please discontinue the use of any lash serums 2 months before your appointment date.

PREFERENCE

For your eyeliner appointment, it is wise that you bring in a photo of what style of eyeliner you would like so that our professional can match your preference.

**All services are nonrefundable.**

**All permanent makeup services require a nonrefundable $100 deposit excluding touch ups.**

Do you have a history of skin diseases, skin lesions or skin sensitivities to soap, disinfectants, etc?
Are you pregnant or nursing/breast-feeding?
Do you have a history of hemophilia?
Do you have a history of allergies or adverse reactions to pigments, dyes or other skin sensitivities?
Do you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, fainting or narcolepsy?
Do you have any scarring (keloid)?
Do you have immune disorders?
